On 7 October 2023, the first round of employee incentive of Nanjing Leecan Pharmaceuticals was solemnly held in the conference room on the sixth floor of Nanjing Production and Research Base. This employee share signing is the first round of Nanjing Leecan Pharmaceuticals' employee equity incentive plan, and the main target is nearly 30 managers and business backbones who will join the company in 2021 and 2022.

Established in May 2021, Nanjing Leecan Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. takes inhalation preparation as a breakthrough, focuses on the research and development and industrialisation of high-end complex preparation and innovative preparation, and gradually expands the research and development pipeline and therapeutic field by combining imitation and innovation. With the good entrepreneurial spirit of ‘serving the country with science and technology and contributing to the society’, Leecan Pharmaceuticals will set up a platform for aspiring talents to create and share Leecan's career.

Since its establishment, Nanjing Leecan Pharmaceuticals has rapidly built up its R&D laboratory and R&D team. In this process, a group of founding members and backbone team who believe in Leecan and identify with Leecan chose to join Leecan and devote themselves to various R&D, production and construction work, making outstanding contributions to the development of the company. The engineering team overcame various difficulties such as the epidemic and often worked overtime until 12 o'clock at night or even 3 o'clock in the morning to seize the progress of the project; in order to do a good job of validation, the teams seamlessly and actively cooperate with each other, and worked until 5 o'clock in the morning for more than 10 consecutive days to ensure that the pilot batch of the drug was produced according to the GMP standard. It took less than seven months for the Leecan team to complete all the GMP validation work of the Nanjing production base and put the pilot batch into production. They never complained of suffering and tiredness, and interpreted what kind of Leecan spirit created the Leecan miracle with their actions!
