On 26th May 2021, the founder of the company founded Leecan with the good intention of ‘serving the country with technology and contributing to the society’, which opened a splendid chapter in the development of Leecan business. On the occasion of the third anniversary of Leecan, we made a speech on Leecan corporate culture and shared it with the newly recruited employees.
From his own growth experience, he narrated the background and original intention of founding Leecan, reviewed the struggle and wonderful development process of Leecan over the past three years, shared Leecan mission, vision, core values and other corporate culture, and depicted a beautiful blueprint for the future development of Leecan business, and wished that every Leecan member would ‘use extraordinary efforts to achieve a higher level of life’ on the platform of Leecan business. He also sent a message to each and every adult in the platform of Leecan business, ‘use extraordinary efforts to achieve a higher level of life’!
Leecan corporate culture is the soul of Leecan, and is the inexhaustible driving force to promote Leecan sustainable development. We hope that every Leecan person will take practical actions to carry out and inherit the Leecan culture, and use one new Leecan speed and Leecan miracle to move forward steadfastly towards the grand vision of realising ‘Creating a centenary Leecan Guarding the health of humans’!
After the end of the corporate culture speech, the quality department colleagues carried out GMP-related knowledge of the centralised training, I hope that we will learn the knowledge combined with the actual work, in their respective departments, their positions with the wisdom and sweat casting Leecan cause of the new glory, with one heart and one mind to open the Leecan cause of the next anniversary of the development of a new chapter.
