In November 2021, Leecan Biomedical Guzhong Danyuan Laboratory was officially put into use, and the first batch of R&D data was generated, marking the official start of Leecan independent R&D work.
In order to independently master the core data and technology, promote the rapid research and development of products, and report production, Nanjing Leecan launched the construction of the Zhongdanyuan laboratory in August 2021, and the newly built Zhongdanyuan R&D laboratory is equipped with Agilent high-performance liquid chromatography, Thermo Fisher Scientific high-performance liquid chromatography, Agilent liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry, two-dimensional liquid chromatography, Germany Synpaytec laser particle size analyzer (dry module, wet module, droplet particle size module), Copely NGI (new generation layer impactor), Copely respiratory simulator, There are more than 100 sets of Copely ACI (Anderson Level Impactor), Copely FSI (Rapid Collection Separator), Copely Delivery Dose Uniformity Sampling Device, Jet Mill, Automatic Shaking Device and other equipment.
After the Zhongdanyuan laboratory is put into use, it will provide strong support for the research and development of high-end inhalation preparations such as inhalation liquid preparations and inhalation powder aerosols, and take a solid step to break the technical monopoly and barriers, solve the "stuck neck" problem faced by China, and make Chinese's own high-end inhalation preparations.
