In order to thoroughly implement the comprehensive quality improvement indicators for Licheng Pharmaceutical personnel and lead the diversified career development of management personnel, the Hefei factory operation team organized a voluntary labor activity in the designated area on the afternoon of July 9th, with the theme of "beautifying the factory environment and fulfilling practical responsibilities". Through practical actions, they "beautified" the factory environment and "empowered" team building.

        At 3:00 pm, all participants assembled on time and quickly got to work according to the established plan. The contracted area covered the entire factory area and was divided into four responsibility groups based on the four east-west passages running from south to north. The group leaders planned ahead and divided the work reasonably to ensure that "every section is managed by someone and everything is done by someone".

        During the labor process, all personnel fully demonstrated the spirit of not fearing dirt and fatigue, and strictly followed the activity requirements to conduct a comprehensive and thorough cleaning of their respective designated areas. Everyone focused on the "root-pulling" removal of stubborn weeds growing in the gaps between curbs and the ground, ensuring that the edges of the road were clean and beautiful. At the same time, they concentrated on removing obvious weeds in the green plant areas to prevent weeds from competing with seedlings for nutrients. Finally, they conducted a carpet-style collection of white garbage such as cans, bottles, and white paper scattered in the grass and along the roadside. After nearly two hours of continuous hard work, the environmental appearance of the factory area was greatly improved, the roads appeared wider and more transparent, and the green belts became more vibrant.

        Finally, after completing the tasks assigned to their designated areas, all members of each group moved to the north gate of the factory area to collectively clear the weeds from the flower beds outside the gate and the green belts on both sides. After a strenuous effort, the environment outside the north gate was transformed, presenting a clean and refreshing appearance that enhanced the company's "first impression".

This event received strong support and cooperation from the Human Resources and Administration Department. Not only did they actively participate in the voluntary labor in the designated areas, but they also took into account the high temperature during the event and prepared cold drinks for everyone in advance to help alleviate the discomfort of the heat. While sweating profusely, everyone could genuinely feel the care from the organization.

        This voluntary labor is not only a specific action for environmental cleaning, but also an important practice for the company to promote the diversified growth of key personnel and hone military-style execution. Stepping out of the office and sinking down to the front line not only strengthened everyone's sense of responsibility and collective concept through personal practice, but also effectively improved the team's collaborative efficiency and execution resilience, laying a solid foundation of work style for the company to fully sprint towards its goals in the second half of the year.
